What if I do not receive a PIN?

If you do not receive a PIN, first try the re-send PIN button within the app.  However, if this does not work, it maybe that your service user has got your number wrong.  We suggest you ask them and check the details are correct.  The number must  be in the international format – 44 – remove the zero at the start of your number – mobile phone number.

Once corrected and the details saved, you can now try to re-send PIN within the app again, the PIN should now come to you.
